What’s bluesy-er than the blues? Indigo. As in “Indigo Blues”, the brand new YA book from Miami’s own Danielle Joseph. And we’re asking you – local teen bands – to sing the “Indigo Blues.” We’ve got the lyrics (they’re part of the book, so you’ll definitely want to read it!) and you’ve got the tune. Write the music to go with the lyrics and debut it in the Books & Books Live Music venue. Books & Books will pick out their favorite version of Indigo Blues, and the winning band will get a gig at Books & Books on an upcoming weekend.
